How do I exchange digital currency on your platform?
Go to “Buy or sell digital currency” page and choose the type of currency you need and a method for receiving and sending money. Next, you will need to submit a request for a transaction by pressing the Submit Request button, whereupon you will be provided with all the details about the exchange.
How long will it take to complete a transfer?
Time for a transaction with digital currency depends on the particular service, network congestion, amount, destination country, and other factors. For example, an exchange takes 3 hours on average. Our managers will assist you with any request as soon as you contact us.
Why was my request rejected?

Can I cancel an exchange transaction if I have already paid for my request?

I have failed to make payment on time. Where do I get details for payment to resume the process?
We always send all the information on your request in accordance with the contact details provided by you. Please check your personal messages and email box or ask for help from our support team and we will help you resume your transfer or payment for goods.
